Terms
The agreement between you and ONERING when you use the app. We’ve kept it as plain as we can.
Draft — pending legal review. Last updated October 9, 2026.
Who can use ONERING
- ONERING is for people 12 and older. If you’re under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms with you.
- People who are 12 need a guardian’s OK to use community features.
- You sign in with a link or code sent to your email. Keep access to that email to yourself; you’re responsible for what happens in your account.
Not medical care
ONERING supports everyday fitness and wellbeing. It isn’t medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it isn’t a therapist. Please read health and safety before you start, and talk to a qualified professional about your health.
Scores, food values, AI answers and projections are estimates, labeled with how confident they are. A Ring of 100 means exceptionally aligned with your own goals, not perfect health.
Community guidelines
The community is for encouragement. When you share, cheer, join a team or a challenge:
- Be kind. No harassment, bullying, hate, threats or sexual content.
- No body shaming, weight comparisons, or pushing extreme dieting, weight cutting or risky training, and nothing of the kind toward anyone under 18.
- Share only your own information and photos, never someone else’s.
- No spam, scams, ads or impersonation.
Anyone can report a post or profile. Our review team may hide content, limit features or close accounts that break these guidelines.
Your content
What you log and post stays yours. You give ONERING permission to store and process it only to run the app for you, and to show it to the people you choose. You can export it or delete it at any time; see privacy.
Food data, devices and other sources
Food information comes partly from Open Food Facts and USDA FoodData Central, and data you import comes from your devices and apps. These can contain mistakes. Check what matters to you, especially for allergies and medical diets.
Plans and payments
- The core of ONERING (the Ring, logging, training, nutrition basics, privacy and export) is free.
- Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price shown before you subscribe, and renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds follow the law where you live and, for purchases made through an app store, that store’s rules.
Using ONERING fairly
Please don’t misuse the service: no attempts to reach other people’s data, overload or break the app, copy it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time from Account. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we’ll tell you why when we can. If we ever stop offering ONERING, we’ll give you notice and time to export your data.
Responsibility
We work hard to keep ONERING accurate and available, but it’s provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, ONERING isn’t responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that can’t be waived.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app before the change takes effect. The governing law and contact details will be listed here before launch.
